So I've been trying to find things to occupy my time at home since I still don't feel like venturing out all the time. Kara's almost 2 1/2 so I thought I would potty train her. That's got to take at least 2 weeks right? Wrong. It took us all of a day and a half.

Congrats, we are in week three of Lukey! I think potty-training is about the equivilant of running a marathon. Great job!!!
Go Kara! That was fast.
Yeah! I am glad it came so easy for her.
So I'm jealous. I'm going to ship Anthony off to you to let you work your magic.
What a blessing Laura! Potty training seriously is one of the hardest stages/events in parenting little kids. I'm so glad it came so easily for her (I'm mostly glad for you though :) Hooray!
I'm also jealous. I thought for sure a girl would be easier than my boy. I guess I'm just not that lucky.
Darn it, probably would have been nice to have some thorny and mentally challenging potty training going on. Maybe a poop-flinger or a high-level negotiator. :)
I hope you find something else nice and distracting. LOVE to you all,
Becca
I'm sending Charlie to you next year to potty train in a day! That seriously rocks.
Way to go Kara! Hope you are getting lots of licorice!!
I'm shipping my boys to your house for basic training...
OMG, LUCKY mama of a 2 1/2 year old who WANTS to pee in the potty! Can I pay you to potty train my three year old? =) Congrats!
Go Kara! Be good to your mommy!
So, this is definitely a plus having girls instead of boys cause you can potty them on average 6 months earlier!
Way to go Kara AND go Laura! Hopefully my Lucas will follow her lead
WOOHOO!!!! Congratulations!
Wahoo. GO girl!
it's better when they take a long time to train, it is lots of fun enjoying their little tiny p---y and they think nothing of it
