Grave-side

Here are some pictures from the grave-side after the memorial service. Thank you so much to all those who supported us through this whole ordeal. We're still trying to get through the weeks one day at a time. I still cry nearly every day. I was only blessed to be able to hold her for a few days of her life and she was only in our home for 4 days, however, I miss the sound of her cry and I still miss staying up all night with her, but I am grateful that I even had the small amount of time that I did. A lady once said how hard it was to be a mother of three. Then, after one of her children passed away, she said that it is so much harder to be a mother of only two. That's exactly how I feel...every day. Still, everyday I just tell myself to put my faith in my heavenly father and after that, I proceed to put one foot in front of the other. Thank goodness for the Gospel of Jesus Christ and thank goodness for my family.

I have tears streaming down my face in admiration and proudness of you guys for how amazingly well you are seeing God's hand in all things. I am soooo sorry for your loss. These pictures capture the day of grief and all the emotions leading up to it with so much detail of how you must be feeling. You are an amazing family and I hold you all so close to me in my prayers but don't forget, our Heavenly Father is holding you all very close to his heart right now and although her life was short, she was and always will be your baby girl. You will get to mother her again, get to hear her sweet cries and will be a family wholly again.
