Very happy baby

Loves to chatter and yell
Eats anything and everything we give him.

Starting to sleep better
Always being smothered by his sisters
No teeth yet (yay)

And we still can't get enough of this little kid!

Hawaii

Mike and I were able to head over to Hawaii for 8 days to spend some time exploring the island of Maui and hanging out with his parents and some of his siblings. Needless to say, we had a blast. Thanks Dick and Judy for the accomodations! We're definitely glad that Drew is in our family, but next time, we'll try to time it better to where we don't have to bring any babies with us.

Mike and I did a zip line course up near a volcano and had such a good time.

Mike had a great time swimming in the waterfalls and cliff jumping into these lakes (without his wife's permission...of course).

Summer Festivities

One of the perks of living by parents is that the siblings come up to visit much more often than if we lived far away. Consequently, we've had an extremely busy summer playing with cousins. Drew's blessing

Roasting marshmallows.

Baby Drew
Cruisin in the Chevy with Papa and the girls.

Lots of swimming.

Soccer!
...and lots more swimming.
Tractor rides.
Tea parties of course.
and lots and lots of treats.

(Sorry Matt and Joy, for some reason the only picture I got of your kids was Kylie's leg:()

California snow

This week we were thrilled when we woke up to snow and we were even more thrilled to know that it would only stick around for a few hours. Lets all be honest, the first snow is always so magical and fun, but after that, it's just cold wet slop that leaves you chilled to the bone. We're glad we only get the first snow...every eight years.

The girls had tons of fun making a snow man with grandpa and being pulled around in the sled.
